1. Gently massage the scrub on wet skin in a circular motion.

When you switch from using antiperspirant or deodorant to our aluminum-free anti-odour cream, your body will naturally detoxify your armpits. However, if you feel the need to accelerate the process and eliminate any built-up bacteria, we recommend applying Dr.Smells microbiome balancer scrub + mask. After cleansing your armpits, apply the mask and allow it to dry. Then rinse it off and apply the anti-odour cream to dry, clean armpits. Our customers have found this to be a great way to reset their armpits, and you can repeat the process every other week or as needed.
Suggestion for application before bathing:
Use one pump for each side, ensuring complete coverage of your armpit area. Wet Skin in circular motion.
For the initial week: Apply consistently both morning and evening.
Following the first week, it is optional to apply 1-2 times a week.
